Welcome to MKD32
MKD32 is a UK-based glass merchant and consultancy. The company works with Scottish manufacturers of high value glass-based products, exports waste glass containers to European glass recyclers and supports the recycling of all types of soda lime glass across the UK.
Matthew Demmon has a particular interest in niche and novel products and processes, and MKD32 is involved in a number of innovative projects to develop alternative uses for some of the dirtiest, smallest and most contaminated streams of waste glass.
We procure waste glass containers and flat glass, especially in Scotland.
As a consultancy, we specialise in glass recycling, offering audit and evaluation of process design and operations, and offer regulatory support services including market analysis and insight to Producer Responsibility.
Our unique experience also allows us to also cover technical and environmental aspects of glass melting including Batch & Furnace operations and glass technology.
We are a family company based in Cheshire and Stirling. Our objective is to find solutions to glass problems and to promote and support glass in all its forms.
